my dad loved his friends, i am sure many of you were responsible for my dad having massive hangovers! he loved his dominoes, playing snooker,shooting, eyeing up young ladies! and he loved his mates,he liked music,he loved his job on the JCB's he had a character that you couldnt stay annoyed at him for long, he wouldnt allow an arguement to get in the middle of a friendship, all those people who turned up to give my dad a good sending off didnt know the person the vicar was talking about, i didnt know who the vicar was talking about, my dad wanted laughs and tears of joy, not that religious drivel. I know what my dad wanted, he sent me many emails.Please remember ossie as the life and soul of your party or even any party, he loved his mate richard, when he died my dad was really upset, it hit him hard, but i bet everyone reading this will be thinking well ossie and richard and all his dominoe mates that have past on will be having a right party and having a right laugh. Bet my Dad ends up with the hangover to end all hangovers.I dont know what tomorrow brings but i know it will be such a dull place without my dad in it,my heart is as big as my dads and he is in it until i die, one day we will all be with my dad, having that mega fantastic party that he wanted. until then remember my dad as a "dirty joke man" as "a roving eye man" i am sure if it wasnt for his mate richard my dad would have ended up with some monsters by his side on the morning after! "a party man" and most of all "a best friend man" he would do anything for anyone, you all have your memories of my dad, please i know you all will treasure them. thank you from his daugther joyce.xx
